I guess if I didn’t listen to the way these persecuted young white men continually refer to women I would be a little more sympathetic. I cringe when I see the way they communicate to and about girls, I also correct their behavior. Also I think you are over exaggerating the effect on the young mans life, he is not having his life ruined, there are any number of other universities he can attend. For that matter he can sue in the state courts to have it overridden.
The other thing is he learned a cheap lesson about bedding down a psycho chick and not being a little more selective. I’ve known more then a few guys who married them and their life was ruined until they managed to outlive them. This kids is not, he has no police record and the documents relating to his case are not public record.
I disagree this is a civil issue, it most certainly is not a criminal one, he is charged with no crime and he does not face any criminal penalties. Nothing is being taken ffrom him.
